Meet Cindy Powder-Holmes

Hi, my name is Cindy Powder-Holmes and I'd like to introduce myself. Born and raised in Long Island, NY (North Bellmore), I graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Economics and Engineering and have been living in Long Beach, NY for the past 14 years. In addition to capitalizing on my extensive market knowledge as a real estate agent, I also am a secondary mathematics educator for over 10 years with two master degrees from St. John's and Hofstra University.

After years of renting, buying, renovating and flipping houses, I decided to take the advice of our real estate agent, expand my horizons and join him and his team - The Tripodi Shemtov Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. I am proud of contributing to the booming, dynamic community of the barrier island by helping others discover the area and the endless possibilities it has to offer.

My innate amicability and negotiating skills, experience in educating and nurturing others in an easy-to-understand matter and extensive knowledge in both Long Beach and Long Island make me a great local expert for all of your real estate needs.
